Whoa Doggie! Friday Funnies--Ancient Style

So, my next kid's book is called Anubis Speaks, wherein the snarky god of mummification takes the reader through the Land of the Dead. In honor of turning in revisions, I thought I'd feature my favorite dog-man:

    Hahahaha! I got an email the other day, btw, about a neighbor looking for his lost greyhound and thought of you.

    Um...that didn't come out quite right. I should explain--The dog's name was Anubis. ;-)
